That’s what an Intensive Day is. 7-8 hours of our time dedicated to only you.
Especially now when entrepreneurs need to move fast, this type of turnaround time can be a huge difference maker for your business. You need to hit the ground running.
Don’t get my wrong though, a lot of work goes into completing your website in one day before it actually happens. So to make it as easy to digest as possible, we’re breaking down the process for you below!
In this article, we break down how we finish your website in one day. But, it’s a similar process for our VIP One-Day Branding Intensive as well.

Pre-Intensive Day
Once you pick your “website in one day” date from our scheduling tool, you’ll receive your confirmation email right away.
In that email, you will see your login information to our course dashboard. That’s where you will do a bit of pre-work so we can create the perfect website for your business.
You will need to answer a series of questions that will help us get to know you, your business and who you serve really well.
As you know, it’s the messaging on a website that really makes the biggest impact and we need to make sure we get your messaging right.
This way we can combine the best messaging with the best design.
You’ll need to answer those questions (thoughtfully) and send us all of your branding collateral. Then we schedule our Pre-Intensive Kick Off call for about 3-4 days before our Intensive date.
We’ll go over your answers, and make sure we have everything we need. We’ll also answer any other questions you might still have.
The pre-work really is the success roadmap to getting the best possible website in one day done for you.
Actual Intensive Day
Your VIP Website in one Day has finally arrived!
Let’s roll our the red carpet, because it’s all about you today.
The VIP day starts around 9am ET, but varies slightly based on your time zone. The key to getting your website done quickly is fast response time and feedback from you.
We use a chat app called Slack so we can quickly chat back and forth and send screenshots for approval.
The day always starts with the overall concept and design of your homepage. Once you love your homepage, we can build the other pages you’ve chosen off of that same design.
This helps to keep your website cohesive and helps us create a more seamless design for you.
Your website is built using WordPress and the worlds leading page builder – Elementor Pro. That means it will be pretty easy on you to make changes or add new content after our day is done. (More on that below too).
By about 5pm ET, you will have yourself a perfectly branded and converting WordPress website with 4 total pages (plus your terms and conditions and privacy policy page).
You’ll also then have access to everything in our membership for the next year so you can keep the momentum moving and your business growing.
And we don’t just leave you here, we’re going to talk about how we continue to support you below!
Post-Intensive Day
So now you have this stunning new website in one day, but you might end up having some questions or possibly get stuck trying to do something.
We don’t leave you hanging.
Here are the two ways we continue to support you afterwards.
First – we still you access to us via Slack for 14 days post-intensive for any questions or if you get stuck. We’re always happy to make you a quick video walking you through something specific or if you just want feedback.
Second – you’ll receive access to our WordPress Training Library that has several pre-recorded WordPress tutorials on topics you might need. Even if you’re a total newbie to WordPress, this videos will help you step-by-step.
We try and empower you as much as possible to be able to make changes and edits to your website yourself!
Now, you may be wondering, what if I end up needing edits or new pages done down the road, and you don’t have the time or want to do it.
Well, you can always re-book us for another full-day Intensive where we can take care of that for you, or we can even book a half-day!
