OUR FAVE TOOLS FOR LADY BOSSES
We’ve put together a very specific list of the tools and resources we use and highly recomend in our business. This isn’t a list of every possible resource out there. WE have tried, tested and believe in these products.
This list includes some affiliate links. This means that we may receive a small percentage should you decide to make a purchase. It does not make the product more expensive for you should you be interested!
Most of these products are free or offer free trials. We appreciate that running a business can be expensive and try to stick with products that are sensitive to that!
We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

We would love to have you participate and learn in our Lady Boss Studio Facebook Group for Female Entrepeneurs. This Group is a great place to connect with other Lady Bosses and all help each other to kick some ass!
Web Hosting and WordPress Themes
Siteground is my number one recommendation when it comes to a WordPress Hosting Solution. They are affordable, the most reliable and their customer support is second to none! And of course we them for our own website and for the ones we build for clients!
Love the look of my site? That’s because we were able to design it from scratch using the Elementor Pro Theme Builder. I’ve loved Elementor since day 1 and how easy it was to design great pages and posts, but now you have the ability to completely design your own website. And… you can click to find out how to do just that with our WordPress Website Academy.
Investing in Learning
If you’ve ever wondered how you can create an actual brand and not just a logo, our Instant Brand Blueprint is probably for you! With 46 Canva Logo Templates with Canva Training and our Branding Workbook, we make it easy for your brand to shine. And it’s only $27!
Just like we mention above, this is our course on how to create your very own WordPress website, without wanting to pull your hair out. The Pinterest Course I love and recommend because well… I created it. The course takes you right from properly setting up your Pinterest Biz Account all the way to full account, pin and pinning schedule optimization. This course will help you bring boat loads of free organic traffic to your site!
I took Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing shortly after I started my website and it was the perfect introduction to Affiliate Marketing as a new blogger and online entrepreneur! I started seeing Affiliate Marketing results almost right away!
Design Assets, Software and Stock Photos
I love EVERYTHING Adobe. I use most of their programs but especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. All of templates I sell are created using one of those three applications! I also couldn’t live without just in terms of perfecting images and graphics for my own use.
I’ll admit it, I was a little late to the Canva game. I figured since I had the Adobe Suite, I had no use for another design app. Boy was I wrong! Not only are their pre-made templates such a creative relief, we also now sell Templates for Canva in our shop, which are perfect for female entrepreneurs.
I can’t say enough about Creative Market! Not only do they have everything from Design Templates to Stock Photos, I have my very own shop on there as well! It’s also my favorite place to find and test out fonts. Seriously, they have everything you can think of!
This one might be a surprise! Etsy has way more than just cool crafts, it has tons of online design assets, logos, and templates that you can purchase and instantly download. I also have a shop on their as well!
Social Media Tools
Pinterest accounts for about 90% of my website traffic, which is a lot of traffic! I couldn’t possibly achieve even a quarter of that traffic without using Tailwind as my Pinterest Scheduler. It’s a game changer! My Pinterest Principles course as a whole Chapter on teaching you how to master Tailwind!
Post Planner rocks because you can schedule your own Social Media using an Evergreen calendar and you can easily find related content to share with your readers. This platform allows you to quickly become the go to resource in your niche!
Online Business Tools
I couldn’t possibly live without Asana. It’s the PERFECT Project Management tool and my business runs off of it. I manage my own biz projects but also use it as a planning and communication gateway with clients. Oh and it’s completely FREE to get started!
Google Analytics is the most powerful analytics tool for your website and it’s absolutely free. I literally check my analytics daily! It will tell you how your readers or potential clients are finding your site and soo soo much more!
Where would I be without Paypal? Broke… lol it’s the easiest solution for receiving online payments from your website which you can then deposit directly to your bank account. It also makes online shopping and recurring business payments a breeze as most retailers accept Paypal!
This is my newest online obsession! Have you checked out any of the Lady Boss Apparel? It’s all done through Printful. The best part is that you can make as many designs as you want but you don’t pay a dime until a product is sold! It also integrates with WooCommerce, Etsy and many other online shops!
I pretty much use screen captures 100 times a day! Screenspresso is free and makes it incredibly easy to capture anything on my screen. They also have a video screen capture component, but for that I prefer the ever powerful Camtasia as mentioned above!
Teachable is my first choice for creating online courses and it’s the amazing platform I use for my Pinterest Principles course! The program is incredibly easy to use and you can start creating your course completely free!
