After being introduced to strength training in her 20s, Holly was so impacted that she felt compelled to use her knowledge to help other women. So, she quit the corporate world and jumped into training full time.
Now, she’s bringing her expertise and passion to a new project: her own business! Holly’s online program, The Stronger Movement Method helps women reach their full potential through accessible and affordable training.

With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Holly is ready to help you change your life. But we wanted to talk to Holly about how she changed her life with her online business.

1. What inspired you to create your business?
I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. I was inspired to start my own online strength training business so that I could help more women, particularly runners.
I wanted to create something that I don’t believe exists: a program that is results-driven and doable.
My family is also a reason why I was inspired to start my own business. I wanted to have more flexibility with spending time with them.
2. Who would benefit best from your business?
My strength training program can particularly help walkers and runners. However, any woman who enjoys cardio-based exercise will benefit from this program.
Everyone needs to include strength training into their lives!
3. What services/products do you offer?
I offer an online strength training program that is a monthly membership. I will be offering customized strength training programs for women who want to gain more accountability and personalization within the next year.
4. What is your dream/goal for your business?
My dream is to improve the health and fitness of women through strength training. Personally, I would like to continually grow and develop myself as a business owner. Financially, I want to have the sky be the limit!
5. Anything else you'd like to share?
As a physical therapist, I have a lot of experience and education on what works. I have a huge passion for getting women closer to their fitness goals, particularly with running. I hope to help as many women as I can.
I believe that everyone evolves and goes through stages of how they prefer to move their body. But strength training is so important regardless of what you are doing. It doesn’t have to be complicated, only consistent.
